Processing Times
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
During product launches, sales events, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended. Customers will be notified of any significant delays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times:

- Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (if available)

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after shipment.
Lost or Stolen Packages
BAM Brand is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. If you experience an issue with delivery, please contact the shipping provider directly.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Orders returned due to an incorrect address may require additional shipping fees to be reshipped.
International Shipping
International shipping may be available to select countries. Delivery times vary by location and customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will review the claim and work to find a suitable resolution.
